I love the tradition of the Olympic torch. When the Olympics were in Atlanta GA they ran the torch in a relay across the US. Hundreds of Americans took turns running with the torch for a few miles each. I wish I had been able to be part of that. My hope is that when the Olympics are in the US again I would be able to participate in some way.
