I am really drawn to the idea of “what goes around comes around” - and that politicians need to be acting on their own moral beliefs and not whatever the prevailing winds are per the polls. I am pretty sure voting for the Lanken Riley Act meets that criteria, and at minimum is a red flag for anyone who is trying to convince me they should help run this country.
Both parties are running from Trump's immigration agenda now
