Long Covid, defined. I was unlucky enough to experience this without getting medical help because it was too early for it to be defined. I lost a year of my normal life to severe brain fog and fatigue, and was part of a mass layoff at the same time. Others have suffered much worse, but three years on I’m still recovering my baseline energy.
