I'm preparing to move and emptying bottles, so tonight I searched for a cocktail to make with genever and Cocchi Americano and found this old post from Seabirder Frederic Yarm. We adjusted the bar's original recipe by upping the Cocchi to an ounce and the dropping the Benedictine to a half, and it's a drink I'd make again for sure -- especially since it's named after a magician.
