There was a time in 2012-2014 where I spent a lot of my free time and my unlimited scientific journal access reading about multiple sclerosis drug development and testing. Tysabri didn’t show very promising outcomes then (except when they sponsored the test!), so I’m sorry to hear that it’s the best option for some patients and sorrier still that a cheap alternative is making them worse.
