This doesn’t bode well for consumers, who temporarily enjoyed having someone in their corner. I’m sure Wells Fargo is laughing all the way to the bank to re-establish those past behaviors (including, probably, opening accounts under customer names without their knowledge nor consent to meet sales goals).
