This is very good advice from Jonathan, and I'll say that it's very compatible with what we're aiming for at Seabird, with our emphasis on linking out to actual articles, limiting posts to three a day, and not having comment sections or mindless reposts to suck you in. There's no end of things to be outraged about on social media, but your time is limited. Use it well!
