Libertarians are mostly ecstatic over the pardoning of Ross Ulbricht. Here's a different take courtesy of Henry Farrell, interesting for reasons well beyond the specific case. (My own view is that Ross was likely over-sentenced for conduct he was never convicted of, but that his pardon is the smallest of wins and that he shouldn't be celebrated as any kind of libertarian folk hero.)
