Portland mayoral candidate Rene Gonzalez has seven speeding tickets, two license suspensions, and four registration citations for his vehicle. Fellow mayoral candidate Carmen Rubio has 150+ parking and traffic violations and hasn’t paid most of them. Portland is a pirate city. 🏴☠️
