This seems good, unironically? I would definitely have my guard up if a halfway house opened up next door to me but, at the same time, if no neighbors are reporting additional thefts or anything like that (complaints seem to be about noise, trash, and vibes) and it means 12 people are housed, then ... Can we have more? Especially in the West Hills?
