Absolutely killing it at being sad

TW: Self-harm My left hand ring finger hurts today because I closed the bathroom door on it last night. I was stone-cold sober and drug-free. Right after, I remembered the time in SF when I sat up and slammed my face into the wall next to my bed so hard it gave my nose a visible crease that stayed for months.
