On average, people who are more lonely watch more television. I love tv. (So much so that I have a whole podcast about it.) I remember watching tv many years ago and noticing how much conflict the characters would have with their friends. I never fought with my friends. I’d fight with my boyfriends and family members. But almost never with my friends.

Beat loneliness by fighting with your friends
I was going to call this one “Learning about rupture and repair.” But mama has bills to pay and she is not above a little click-bait. My long-time babies will know that I’ve spent a lot of time reading, writing, and thinking about loneliness. I still can’t point to one thing and say, “This is the main cause.” Or, “This is the best solution.”
