It reminds me of when my friend Murray commented on one of my posts about IFS, asking whether I thought IFS was “true.” And my answer to that question is the same as my answer to whether or not I believe in the existence of a Soul. I do not and cannot know. I am trying to believe to the extent I think it can be useful to me to do do so.
