Not my university's finest moment. Yet if the message hadn't acknowledged being written with ChatGPT, it seems unlikely that anyone would object to the content. This is exactly the kind of generic writing AI could be useful for. (But then again, is the university short on administrative staff capable of writing this kind of thing? Probably not.)
