Solid overview of the growing non-alcoholic spirits category. So far the bitter aperitifs have grabbed my interest much more than anything like a non-alcoholic analogue to spirits like whiskey or tequila, but I'm really enjoying the option of sipping something like a zero-proof Negroni or Campari and soda when I want the taste of a complex cocktail without the buzz.
