A good look at the ridesharing model. Ultimately every time I use a taxi instead of Uber/Lyft, I end up regretting it. So there is an improved user experience, at least. But the business model does seem tenuous, especially as we've left a low-interest rate environment. (The "interest rate theory of everything" comes out looking good here, again.) I am curious to see how tech shakes out in the next few years. Quality Operations may be the difference between surviving and thriving.
