The new Reagan-Udall report confirms what many of us have been saying for years: The FDA's regulation of tobacco is a total mess with no clear standards. More ominously, it calls on the FDA to bring in other government agencies to begin cracking down on the market for illicit vape products (which would be smaller if the FDA did its job and authorized more products for sale).
