Why is it so hard to build a new city? Hopefully we'll have an easier time with just a new app: "Think of the way many new social apps struggle: they need content to attract users, but they need users to create content. But if you thought getting someone to download a free app and post a cat video was tough, try getting millions to pack up their belongings and sign a lease someplace nobody else lives yet."
